The duties of the Administrative and Support Services Office Directorate are as follows:
- To carry out the purchasing works related to the supply of tools, equipment and materials Jul in accordance with the regulation,
- To ensure the coordination of Cleaning and Security personnel within the scope of their responsibility, to prepare the business plan and to provide the necessary controls,
- To carry out purchase, sale, rental, leasing and similar transactions,
- To prepare the Direct Procurement files in accordance with the University procurement regulations, to make and finalize the Jul-tenders to be opened, * To ensure that the requests received from the units related to the tenders are examined and decided,
- To plan the use of campus vehicles in accordance with the needs, to carry out their malfunctions and maintenance, to prepare the vehicle files in a suitable way for inspections,
- To carry out civil defense, security and environmental control works,
- To eliminate the lack of fixtures in the campus building amps, offices and places that are open for use and to ensure that they remain in an orderly manner,
- To ensure that the services of the Department are provided effectively, efficiently and quickly,
- Ensuring the implementation of procedures and instructions in the unit within the framework of laws and authorities,
- To ensure the protection, cleaning and elimination of malfunctions of campus fixtures,
