KILAVUZ Sipihrütels Team Achieves Success at TEKNOFEST

The KILAVUZ Sipihrütels team, comprised of students from Kocaeli University of Health and Technology (KOSTÜ), has reached a significant milestone at TEKNOFEST, Turkey’s largest technology and aerospace festival.

Competing in the “Steel Dome Air Defense Systems” category—one of the most critical pillars of the National Technology Initiative—our team successfully completed the Preliminary Design Report (PDR) phase with a distinguished score of 89.33. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to our students, who work tirelessly to develop indigenous and national solutions for the defense industry, and to their supervisor, Asst. Prof. Fulya Akdeniz, for her invaluable guidance.
