The duties of the Erasmus+ Charter Institutional Coordinatorship are as follows:
- The institution coordinator of the program in accordance with the mission and vision of the university and taking part in the university strategic plan it ensures that internationalization is carried out in accordance with the goals in the action plan.
- It ensures that it is implemented within the framework of the rules specified in the Program Guide and Implementation Manual published by the European Commission.
- It invites all unit coordinators to a meeting at least twice a year and exchanges views on the operation of the program.
