Our special event titled “Protecting Our Mental Health in the Age of Artificial Intelligence” was successfully held with the esteemed contributions of Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan, Founding Rector of Üsküdar University and one of Turkey’s leading psychiatrists. Moderated by Dr. Ali Ruhan Çelik, Head of the Psychology Department, Prof. Tarhan offered a deep expert analysis of the impact of artificial intelligence on mental health and shared insightful strategies for maintaining psychological resilience in the digital age. With his exceptional experience and knowledge, Prof. Tarhan made a significant contribution to raising awareness about the importance of protecting our mental well-being in the face of technological transformation.
