An Entrepreneurship and Innovation workshop was held at the Kocaeli Congress Center on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study for the “Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center,” which is planned to enhance our city’s entrepreneurship and innovation capacity.

To this end, focus groups were held across three sessions, covering six themes, with the participation of relevant institutions, organizations, and individuals. Dr. Ercan Ölçer, a faculty member from our faculty, participated in the R&D, Innovation, and Technology Transfer focus group, and Dr. Mehmet Kara participated in the Digital Transformation and Smart Urbanization Applications focus group.
