Our Dean Prof. Dr. Nevcihan DURU Attended the 9th Turkish Medical World Congress

Our Dean, Prof. Dr. Nevcihan DURU, attended the 9th Turkish Medical World Congress and the TÜSEB Aziz Sancar Science, Service, and Incentive Award Ceremony held in Istanbul from October 19-22, 2023. Throughout the congress, scientific studies in AI-based Medical Image Processing, Computer-Aided Diagnosis, Medical Robotics, Genomics, Neurosciences, Health Education, Clinical Medicine, Drug Discovery, and related fields were presented under the main theme of “Artificial Intelligence in Health.” Furthermore, this year’s first Doctoral Consortium event brought together doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers conducting scientific studies under the main theme of “Artificial Intelligence in Health,” and their achievements were evaluated. As part of the congress, meetings were also held of the “Health Data Organization Scientific Board and the Artificial Intelligence Scientific Board,” both of which our Dean, Prof. Dr. Nevcihan Duru, is a member of and operating under the auspices of the Turkish Institute of Health Data Research and Artificial Intelligence Applications (TÜYZE).
