OUR INFORMATION SYSTEMS ENGINEERING MASTER’S PROGRAM CONTINUES TO PRODUCE GRADUATES

The Faculty of Engineering’s Master’s Program in Information Systems Engineering with a Thesis has graduated two more students. Candide ÖZTÜRK and Özgür SAĞIR, two faculty students working in the fields of artificial intelligence and machine learning, under the supervision of Dr. Ulaş VURAL, held their thesis defenses. Özgür SAĞIR successfully presented his thesis, “Integration of Machine Learning and Metaheuristic Methods in Protecting Data Privacy and Statistical Properties,” and Candide ÖZTÜRK, “Prediction of the National Basketball Team Candidate Player Pool Using Machine Learning Algorithms,” before the jury members Prof. Dr. Nevcihan Duru, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Dr. Ulaş VURAL, and Dr. Hikmetcan ÖZCAN of Kocaeli University.
