Applications Open for the T3 Foundation Entrepreneur Development Program

Our 2024 Entrepreneur Development Program is designed for high school and university students. This program aims to provide students with a skill set that they can utilize throughout their entrepreneurial journey, from problem identification to MVP development, from business model development to project management, and will enable them to overcome the challenges they will encounter.

The program is divided into five thematic modules:
Module 0: Startup 101
This module provides basic information on the differences between startups and SMEs, common terms encountered in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, and the fundamental elements of a startup: vision, team, and problem.
Module 1: From Problem to Idea
This module focuses on identifying problems encountered in the initial stages of a startup, creating a customer profile, conducting customer interviews, conducting market analysis, developing ideas, and developing problem-solving strategies.
Module 2: From Idea to Product
This module focuses on how to handle the MVP, prototype, and POC stages of the product development process, how to identify key feature sets, and how to conduct user testing.
Module 3: From Product to Sales
This module covers business development topics such as how to transform a product idea into a startup, business model development, SWOT analysis, product pricing, monetization strategies, and company formation processes.
Module 4: From Sales to Turcorn
This module focuses on a company’s marketing strategies, methods for acquiring its first customers, project management skills, and how to reach the seed funding stage.
