At the Department of Nursing, Kocaeli University of Health and Technology, our mission is to educate nurses who can deliver evidence-based care, integrate artificial intelligence applications into nursing practice, work effectively in interdisciplinary teams, respect human dignity, and provide safe and high-quality healthcare services.

Graduates of the Department of Nursing at Kocaeli University of Health and Technology can work as clinicians, administrators, and educators in both public and private healthcare institutions that provide preventive and curative services. They may also serve in hospitals, outpatient clinics, schools, occupational health units, home care services, nursing homes, and rehabilitation centers. Moreover, our graduates have the opportunity to pursue academic careers by completing master’s and doctoral programs in the field of nursing.
