The March 8 International Women’s Day Symposium Was Organized at Our University!
At the International Women’s Day Symposium organized by Kocaeli Health and Technology University, we explored the theme of “Women, Technology, and Digital Transformation,” focusing on the role of women in the digital world. The opening speeches were delivered by our Rector, Prof. Dr. Muzaffer Elmas, and Deputy Mayor of Kocaeli, Berna Abiş.
The symposium featured insightful contributions on women’s role in digital transformation from our Vice Rector, Prof. Dr. Firdevs Karahan; Prof. Dr. Deniz Ülke Kaynak from Üsküdar University; Prof. Dr. Ersa Yazıcı from Sakarya University; and Dr. Nagehan Malkoç from the Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality. Engaging discussions on the impact of women in the digital world and the opportunities in this field attracted great interest from the participants.
