The KOSTÜ Faculty of Pharmacy External Stakeholder Workshop was held effectively online via Zoom on October 31, 2025. The workshop began with opening remarks by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Firdevs Karahan and Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy Prof. Dr. Gönül Şahin. Following this, Vice Dean Dr. Münteha Özsoy gave a presentation on the Faculty of Pharmacy. Stakeholder feedback and evaluations were then collected, and the event concluded with a satisfaction survey.

The workshop included an introduction to the KOSTÜ Faculty of Pharmacy, student activities, an evaluation of the five-year curriculum of the Turkish and English departments, a review of program outcomes, an evaluation of internship regulations and exam methods, pharmacy, hospital, and company internship practices, and an evaluation of the functioning of faculty committees.

The KOSTÜ Faculty of Pharmacy External Stakeholder Workshop was attended by Istanbul Medipol University Faculty of Pharmacy Dean Prof. Dr. Dr. Gülden Omurtag, Kocaeli University Hospital Chief Pharmacist Pharmacist Hüseyin Başyiğit, Kocaeli University Hospital Oncology Pharmacist Pharmacist Şenay Can, Kocaeli Chamber of Commerce Assembly President Pharmacist Hüseyin Gezer, Prof. Dr. Terken Baydar from Hacettepe University Faculty of Pharmacy Pharmaceutical Toxicology Department, Kocaeli University Faculty of Medicine Pharmacologist Prof. Dr. Bekir Faruk Erden, Kocaeli Chamber of Pharmacists Board Member Pharmacist Olcay Meşe Akyar, biotechnology and pharmaceutical company owner and pharmacologist Pharmacist Assoc. Prof. Seval Korkmaz, as well as KOSTÜ Faculty of Pharmacy student representatives and academic staff were in full attendance.
