Our students shape their future at the end of associate degree education and continue their professional processes through this accumulation. But today, as in many fields, there are rapid changes in professional development and changes depending on technology. Whoever adapts to this process, who is ready, consolidates its place in success and permanence.
The health and education sector are among the areas with high employment potential where a career plan can be created. Gaining experience in different institutions in these areas and eliminating deficiencies in foreign language points make candidates stand out from other candidates. Also, when making a profession choice, serious problems can occur when approaching the profession choice in its entirety with definitions such as “who makes a lot of money, gets a job right away”. Although these are undoubtedly important titles, they should not be the main criteria. Candidates should know the characteristics of the professions they will choose very well during this period, should meet with competent people from the field, should definitely get the opinion of their family and ultimately should direct their future with a common voice of the mind and heart.
We aimed to train our students to acquire the necessary equipment related to their fields, to grow up as qualified individuals with strong communication, strong social ties, values and awareness.
